RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind, which will be in the form of store credit valid for one year, with certain exceptions that apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below for more information on our 30-day refund policy for online purchases.

Prior to dispatch, we meticulously inspect all goods to ensure that they are in good condition. Although we take every precaution to avoid errors, mistakes can occur on rare occasions. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly inspect the goods upon receipt, and in the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for defects, faults, or missing items reported after 48 hours of receipt.

For your peace of mind, we accept returns for change of mind, whether it is an online or in-store purchase. Please see the terms and conditions listed below for further information on our returns policy.

 

Terms & Conditions for Returns

1.       The item must be in a saleable condition, which means that the original tags and labels must still be attached, the item must be in its original packaging (if any), and the item must be unworn, unused, and as sold.

 

2.       Any free items that were received with the purchase must also be returned in new, unused, and saleable condition.

 

3.       Returns will not be accepted if the item is an exclusion. Please see below for a list of excluded items.

 

4.       A satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided at the time of return, along with the item and any free gifts or items received. Please retain a copy of the proof of purchase for your reference.

 

5.       The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is received after 30 days of purchase, unfortunately no refund will be issued.

 

6.       Please either bring the item to the store or post it to the address provided below. The returns package must include your full name, invoice number, and mobile number clearly written on the package.

 

7.       If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will need to pay for the return postage as well as the initial postage cost of dispatching the item to you. The postage cost will not be refunded in any circumstances.

 

8.       We advise you to post the item to be returned via registered post with signature on delivery, as we will not be able to process the refund if the item is lost in transit. Legacy Sports will not be liable for lost return parcels under any circumstances.

 

9.       Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, which will be valid for 1 year.

 

10.   Store credit will be issued only once the item is received with inserts and proof of purchase.

 

11.   Legacy Sports management reserves the right to discretion in case of any dispute.

 

12.   If an order is not collected from the postal service after attempted delivery and is returned to Legacy Sports, store credit will be provided after deduction of the initial postage cost and return postage cost charged by Australia Post.

Exclusions:

·         If you choose Free Knocking and or Match Ready Service with the bat at the time of purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept any returns, as the bat is not considered new anymore once oiling and knocking are done, hence the 30 Day Return policy nullifies.

·         Cricket bats should not have any sort of marks, including mallet or ball marks, and no oil should be applied.

·         Cricket nets and bowling machines are not eligible for return due to a change of mind.

·         Compressions, socks, abdominal guards, and abdominal briefs are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

·         Sale and clearance items will not be returned.

·         Customised orders are not eligible for return or refund.

·         Freight cost is not eligible for any sort of refund.

 

In rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund must be issued, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation policy for debit/credit card payments:

Domestic card transactions: 2% fee of the total transaction value

International card transactions: 4.5% fee of the total transaction value (3% credit card surcharge + 1.5% currency conversion fee)
